Female-led Company
Sync About It is a women fronted organisation and at the moment their percentage is leading.
Intersectionality
We recognize that individuals may face multiple and intersecting forms of discrimination and marginalization. Our commitment to intersectionality means that we are aware of how various forms of oppression and privilege overlap and impact each person’s experience differently. We strive to address these complexities and ensure that our policies and practices support the unique needs of all participants and team members.
Anti-Discrimination and Anti-Harassment
We have a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of discrimination, harassment, or bullying. This includes but is not limited to:
* Unwanted or derogatory comments or jokes.
* Exclusion or marginalization of individuals or groups.
* Physical or verbal intimidation or abuse.
* Any other conduct that creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive environment.
All complaints of discrimination, harassment, or bullying will be taken seriously and investigated thoroughly. We encourage anyone who feels they have been subjected to such behavior to report it immediately, without fear of retaliation, to our team.
Accessibility and Accommodation
We are committed to doing everything possible that our events and communications are accessible to everyone, including those with disabilities. We regret to inform the conference venue is not that accessible, as stairs and elevator are to be used to reach the event rooms. We will make reasonable accommodations to support the participation and involvement of all individuals, and we encourage open communication about any specific needs or requirements - ideally prior to the event, so that we can investigate solutions.
